There is an easy peanut butter cookie recipe out in the sphere. All three of our three love to cook and bake. Today I gave them each a third of the warm cookies and let them put their chocolate chips on them.
Mix 1 egg, 1 cup of peanut butter, and 1 cup of sugar with an electric mixer. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Cook for 10 minutes at 250 degrees.
