Cheap, Plastic Joys

H bought LEM some yard chairs at the dollar store a few weeks back. They use them a lot because the chairs are easy for them to pick up and move around. They pick them up and flip them over onto their heads and walk them to the next spot. They love to take a break from their play in these chairs.

The other day H and I stood on the porch and watched the three set their chairs up in various places, always together. They'd sit a few minutes and "talk," and then they'd all three get up, pick up their chairs, and move to another spot.

Their biggest predicament was whether to sit in the sun or the shade. I am glad those are their biggest worries right now. I hope their childhood will be filled with days that are driven by such concerns.
