Three babies in a buggy

Despite my lack of sleep due to election elation, I woke up with a bee in my bonnet. I decided in the spirit of our great country, which has taught us that even the most difficult things, those that seem impossible, can be achieved, I would take all three babies by myself to Wally World.

H said, "Don't you want my mom to keep one?" I said, "No, the point is for the four of us to go together." I have only taken them out (where I wasn't meeting someone who would be there to help me) by myself one other time, and that was probably six months ago. I was spurred and encouraged, and I knew I needed to act.

So, we loaded up after our morning nap time and headed to the Wal-Mart west of us (we have one 30 minutes away in either direction) in need of wipes. I put Mazie and Elliott in the basket of the buggy and Lucia in the seat of the buggy. No one tried to stand up--this was my biggest worry. No one cried, though Mazie did let out a great whimper of dissatisfaction at one point. We got our diapers, wipes, milk, and a few other odds and ends. The babes enjoyed looking at all the colors and lights and people.

It was a good outting; one I suspect we will start taking more often. And, one of the benefits of shopping with three children in your buggy is that you can't fit too much stuff in it.

Sounds like fun...I have a really cute image of all four of you! I remember the days when Landon liked to ride in the cart rather than PUSH it!Hope the Walmart trips continue to be successful.

Look up on GrandPa's shelf over the freezer for wipes.....surely your kids don't use that many wipes!!!!!!!!!!
I am happy you are happy with OUR NEW PRESIDENT....I sincerely want him to be so successful along with the Democratic Congress to do the right things for our Country....
I agree with you that many of the things over the past several years have NOT been best for our country....
I will support Obama in every way....including paying more taxes!!!!!
Love all y'all,
