Our Lu loves her articles. Specifically her definite articles. From the top of the slide a few days ago she called out, "Mama, come get a the the bug. Get a the the bug." She didn't want to come down the slide until I'd brushed the bug (really just a piece of leaf) off the slide.
She'll also say things like, "I'm onna get the that pail. I'm onna get the that pail."
Perhaps precision is going to be a strong part of her personality. Lu, we love a the you.
